Poetry for Eco-Grief & Climate Anxiety

Where: Wilkinson Public Library Magazine Room

What is the one thing you would want to say to our planet right now, if you could?
Amid a time of Big Feels and general climate upheaval, it can be overwhelming to even begin to access our thoughts about the world around us. In this session, we’ll take a few secrets from beekeeping and birdwatching and apply them to our own internal landscapes. We’ll practice examining our feelings through writing in a way that brings curiosity and reflection into the foreground. We’ll use poetic practice to unravel those thoughts and practice expressing our feelings in service of catharsis.
